  • We identified names, emails, and addresses of users that had previously abandoned cart.
  • We did this through a combination of 1st party data graph modeling using the client's own data and by layering opted-in 3rd party data on top of it.
  • We then sent this data to Klaviyo in real-time so we could bring back these potential customers with second chance offers.

  • We matched 83% of users that abandoned carts. Twillory dropped these matches into their top performing flows to maximize sales.
